• Managing user registration through institutional portals or WhatsApp authentication.

• Enabling and supporting academic learning activities through our AI chatbot systems.

• Analyzing learning progress, generating qualitative and quantitative evaluations, and providing feedback to users.

• Identification data (name, institutional ID, or phone number via WhatsApp).

• Interaction data (questions, answers, writing history, and communication logs during learning sessions).
